Auto Polo.
Overview
I came across the original black-and-white photo on Wikimedia Commons while browsing for royalty-free images to use in my artwork. I had never heard of a sport called Auto Polo before—and immediately, I imagined what it might look like if it existed today.
Approach
During my research, I found another stock image of a car that paired well with the concept, so I combined them and added some stretched text in the background to create this poster. The idea itself is a bit absurd, but that’s what made it fun. Imagining Auto Polo in today’s world feels like a chaotic mix between demolition derby and bumper cars—and honestly, I’d probably watch it.
